Autoware is founded

1996

Autoware is founded by Luigi De Bernardini and partners.

First strategic partnership

1998

Autoware becomes partner of Wonderware and begins a successful collaboration never interrupted.

First MES System

2001

Autoware develops the first Manufacturing Execution Systems for the collection and processing of production data and control of the efficiency of production lines.

Inauguration of Vicenza’s new headquarters

2007

Autoware moves into new place and enables it to raise an important development phase.

Autoware faces its first global challenge

2008

Autoware becomes business unit of Automation Alliance Group and continues in its process of internationalization.

Joins Wonderware elite

2009

Wonderware appointed Autoware “Endorsed System Integrator“, the first and only Italian company. The certification is recognition of the extremely high technical skill, high level of service and strong and ongoing partnership.

Autoware faces the European market

2010

Autoware expands its activity in Europe. Important end-users in France, Germany and Spain turned to Autoware for MES and Energy Management applications.

Wins first Industrial Automation Award

2012

Autoware wins the AI Award 2012 in the Process Industry category for the Bindi Application.

Opening of the new headquarters in Gallarate VA

2014

Autoware opens a new office in Gallarate (Milan). The office, 600 sqm of office space, equipped with all amenities including an auditorium for internal training events and conventions, uses modern technologies and materials. Meeting rooms and workstations in open space are designed to allow maximum productivity to work teams.

CSIA quality certification

2014

Autoware is the first italian System Integrator to acquire the certification from Control System Integrators Association (CSIA)

First ``Operational excellence``

2015

Autoware organizes the event “Manufacturing Excellence: the evolution of MES systems“, first of a lucky series about Operational Excellence. Involving valuable speakers and bringing the Coster Spa and A-27 Spa experiences, the event would like to answer to the following question: in which direction the MES systems will evolve during the next years?

78% of Autoware’s Team is composed by technicians certified in Application Server, Intouch, Intouch for SP, Historian, Historian Client, Operations, Performance, Intelligence, AO Toolkit and Workflow. 80% of the technical office is dedicated to MES System development, thus making Autoware one fo the European companies with the highest number of resources dedicated to Manufacturing Execution System.
Yearly, Autoware invests 46 days at the headquarters of its main international technological supplier for updating activities, alignment, training, studies, vision and market trend analysis, the only way that allows us to identify the customers’ real needs and therefore to offer a susteinable, reliable and state of the art services.
