It will provide to all the participants <strong>the strategic tools, ideas and methodologies to develop a proper response<\/strong> and to align the organization efficiently and effectively to the transformation plan.<\/p>\n<p>In this important project, <strong>Autoware has the privilege of being the Technology Partner of Porsche Consulting through the implementation of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software<\/strong>. With this implementation participants will learn how it is possible to have instant control of what happens in operations, even using a direct connection to a RFID system or using Pick-To-Light tools.<br \/>\nThe usage of a production scheduler integrated with the MES, will show <strong>how it is possible to manage disturbing events in real-time (for example the change of customer orders or the sudden need of maintenance for a machine) always applying the best solution<\/strong>.<br \/>\nSince the beginning of the year, we collaborate with Porsche Consulting consultants to constantly fulfil the academy&#8217;s goals with the software functionalities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The partnership with Porsche Consulting was founded on the values that Autoware and Porsche Consulting share: the striving for excellence, and the ability to be pioneers their own fields.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Disrupt yourself before others do.
